ProFin was established in 2019 by professionals with 20+ years experience providing financial services to citizens of Israel. Concentrating mainly on tax refund services in their 1st year of operation, the company has returned taxes to more than 1500 clients.
An Israel based financial company ProFin grew up until they discovered the limitation of scalability as they do not have an efficient tool for client relationships management.
ProFin requested Arixess to approach the problem and propose a solution that can be delivered within a limited period of time and satisfy new business process to be applied together with a new system.
As usual Arixess started from research and understanding of what services ProFin provides and what is the process of work with clients. Next step was to identify what is the best way to fulfill the need: to take as a basis some existing CRM (e.g. Microsoft Dynamic, Salesforce, SugarCRM, Zoho, etc) or create a custom solution.
Together with ProFin, Arixess’s team identified capabilities that the system should have and compared them to the limitations that each of existing CRM’s has, after negotiation and estimation it’s been decided to go with a custom solution.
4 months from the start date took Arixess to deliver all required functionality to let ProFin get armed with the new CRM and start growing up. The CRM provided user management facilities, customer management tools, workflow support, calendar based reminders and events, number of reporting dashboards with numerous metrics, staff members management and stimulation tools, digital signature support, IP telephony, etc.
ProFin appreciated chosen and implemented solution and scheduled next phase of CRM development to leverage more technological approaches for the business benefits.
